Required sessions for the day, depending on the particular grade level you teach.  

The remainder of the day can be filled with the sessions of your choice

For all K-5 teachers, the required sessions are:

• Science New TEKS Launch

• Social Studies Vision 

For all K-3 teachers, the required session is:

• TXRA Implementation: The Call To Action (This session is optional for 3rd grade Math/Science teachers).

For all 4th grade Math teachers, the required session is:

• 4th Grade Math Challenge

Welcome Back LISD!!! August 9th represents an exciting day of learning for all LISD elementary teachers! Our full day of sessions has been created to support you in the learning of your choice as well as an opportunity to hear about some exciting things happening in each particular content area. Our day will begin at 8:00 am at Glenn High School, which is located at 1320 Collaborative Way in Leander. The day will consist of three one hour sessions with a 15 minute break between each, followed by lunch (an hour and a half), and concluding with three additional one hour sessions, again with 15 minute breaks between each. We are offering over 100 sessions from which to choose. Most of the sessions will be interactive and in person, but there will also be some zoom and asynchronous sessions available in Glenn HS's library.
